Returns and Exchanges For RV Cover Kingdom Customers

RV Cover Kingdom will refund full payment of defective or incorrect products within 15 days of delivery. A 20% re-stocking fee may apply. Customers who refuse a product delivery will incur a 20% restocking fee and any associated shipping costs due on a returned product. Returned products must be in like new, restockable condition, meaning no wear, marks, dirt, or damage. All returns will be inspected by the product suppliers before a refund is issued. Please allow 10-12 business days for refund processing, once the products is received by our warehouse. Refunds will be made to the original order payment method.

Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number

All returning items must have a Return Material Authorization Number from RV Cover Kingdom. Please contact RV Cover Kingdom for an RMA Number before shipping any item back to us. Returns are not accepted without an RMA Number, and they will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Exchange Policy

We will exchange your cover or accessory product with another product of equal or higher value if not satisfied within 15 days of your original delivery date by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. You will only pay the price difference (if any), plus the additional shipping cost.

All sales are final 15 days after the UPS, FedEx, or USPS delivery date.
